Sainfoin
Sainfoin (Onobrýchis) is a genus of plants in the legume family.
It is not inferior to alfalfa in terms of feed value. It is a valuable honey plant, drought-resistant, winter-hardy, more durable and high-yielding than other species.
It is grown in the forest-steppe and steppe regions of Ukraine. It produces two cuttings per year. It survives in the grass stand for 4-5 years.
